One new feature that definitely seems poised to shake up the way we play Madden is the Superstar Hall of Fame mode. This option puts you in the role of the player you choose more than you’ve ever been before. You control only the selected player, see the game from a different point of view, and can use your star-power to influence the overall way your team plays. You’ll also helplessly watch from the sidelines whenever your unit is off the field. A wide receiver, for example, will have no control over defense or special teams unless, of course, you are able to pull a Deion Sanders and just play every position known to man.



Of course whether these new features will be worth their digital salt remains to be seen, but EA and developer Tiburon are certainly making sure that we will continue to talk about and play Madden for years to come.
