As part of the Harvest Moon series' ten-year anniversary, Natsume today announced the North American release of Harvest Moon: Tree of Tranquillity for the Nintendo Wii. It is available for an estimated retail price of $49.99.
"We are proud to release Harvest Moon for the first time on the Nintendo Wii platform," said Hiro Maekawa, President and CEO of Natsume.
"With the new setting, characters, motion-sensitive controls, and the most refined gameplay yet, we're sure that both Harvest Moon fans and new players alike will be delighted with Tree of Tranquility."
Tree of Tranquillity takes places in “a troubled island town which once prospered with life and energy, but is now in serious trouble.” Players are tasked with rebuilding the island by “working the land, befriending and raising animals, nurturing friendships, and creating a family.”
