Defeat helen's quest within story mode then you can access the sketchbook. If you got a c rating or better you'll also unlock the video room.

Will's unlockable items Rating: Pending  
Finish his quest in story mode to unlock the audio room. Get a c rating or higher and you will also get the video room access.

Unlock original nights characters Rating: Pending  
Get all 60 dream drops using the two new characters in this game, and you will then have access to the two characters from the original sega saturn Nights game.

Unlock race music Rating: Pending  
Play a two player race in two player mode. You will then have the race sound track in the sound library.
